In case of voluntary sending to the owner by the User of his / her Curriculum Vitae in view of the possible establishment of a working relationship or requests for collaboration, the related data will be examined and, in case of saving for future working collaborations, a '' specific summary information to the User in accordance with current legislation.
    1. Purpose of processing and data retention period
      • 6.1. The personal data referred to in art. 5.2. are collected and processed for the following purposes:
        • 6.1.1. provision of the services provided by the site;
        • 6.1.2. fulfillment of obligations imposed by current legislation (accounting, tax, etc.).
      • 6.2. The personal data referred to in art. 5.2. will be kept for the period strictly necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes, unless it is necessary to keep them by law. The data may also be kept for the time necessary - by the owner or by any managers - to ascertain, exercise or defend their right in court, within the limitation period of any related actions that can be exercised against them.
      • 6.3. In case of processing of personal data based on the legal basis constituted by the User’s consent, the owner can keep personal data until its revocation.

      • 7.1. The legal bases for the processing of personal data indicated in art. 5.2. are respectively the execution of a contract pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 letter b) GDPR and the fulfillment of a legal obligation to which the owner is subject pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 letter c) GDPR.

      • 8.1. This site does not incorporate plugins and / or buttons for social networks; in fact, it only contains links to the owner’s pages on the various social networks. For the personal data processing operations carried out by these social networks, for which the owner has no responsibility, please refer to the relevant information pursuant to art. 13 GDPR made by each site.

      • 9.1. The art. 13, par. 2 of EU Reg. 2016/679 lists the User’s rights.
      • 9.2. The owner informs the User about the rights recognized by the articles. 13, par. 2, letters b) and d), 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 21 GDPR and precisely the rights of: access to data (Article 15 of the GDPR); rectification (Article 16 of the GDPR), cancellation (Article 17 of the GDPR), limitation of data processing (Article 18 of the GDPR); data portability (Article 20 of the GDPR); opposition to processing (Article 21 of the GDPR); revocation of any consent given at any time (Article 13 par. II letter c GDPR).

The provision of personal data pursuant to art. 5.2. it is mandatory for the fulfillment of the purposes indicated in art. 6: any refusal to provide such data makes it impossible for the owner to provide the services of the site and to fulfill the legal obligations imposed on it by the current legislation.

      • 11.1. This site may share (as in the case of the data collected by the Google Analytics service and the related cookies - on this point, see the following articles 13 et seq.)
